  • OMA issue

    I have one Exchange 2003 server with SP2 running on Windows 2003 SP1. Everything works perfectly, except for OMA. I get the " A System error has occurred while processing your request. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact your administrator." error message.

    I have also followed the Method 2 fix in this Microsoft KB article [ ] to no avail. This fix seems to fix everyone's problem with this issue, but it doesn't seem to work for me.

    Needless to say, this is quite frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Did you check that you have permission to use OMA on your user account?
    Did you tried to create new mailbox for test account and review its function?
    If its works, try to backup your mailbox to PST, delete the mailbox, purge it and recreate it.

    Btw - I hope that you reboot the server, after using the KB
