  • How to remove SMTP address for all users

In the past our exchange 2003 organization receive 2 mail domains and each mail user can hv two mail domains, one is primary and one is secondary. However as another mail domain will be fade out, I do this to remove the mail domain, say, abc.com,

    1. Use Internet Mail Wizard to remove abc.com for Received Mail Domain
    2. In Default Policy remove the SMTP:@abc.com, which is secondary SMTP domain
    3. Click "Apply this policy now" and do RUS "Update Now"

However for each mail account still hv the secondary SMTP domain in the Email-Address tab, which still need to do manual remove. How can I create a job to remove @abc.com for all mailboxes ? thx

    Thx
