    When I enable 'Store and Forward" user get duplicate email mostly from address from the outside the company.


    We have two front-end and 7 back-end server running Exchange 2000. We also run Lotus Notes servers and sometimes we need to enable store and forward to sent email to the user in Lotus Notes.The email duplication only happen in Lotus Notes and does not accurs for just forwarding .I have enable diagnostic logging and message tracking and still unable to track it down. The closest I have seen an article is from microsoft KB 843106 , all my SMTP setting are correct according to this article.
