  • add an attachment to all out going mail

    I'm trying to add a disclosure to all outgoing mail.

    other than going into signature on every pc, how can you set up all outgoing mail to add an attachment/document with text in it?

    ive been told it can't be done but i know it can as lots of companies do it.

    If you like scripting / programming you can do it yourself, otherwise buy an exchange add-on like PolicyPatrol to do it for you

      I think you can do it with creating a default template in Outlook 2003

        Hi Berry,
        Yes, but then the user has control over it and can modify / delete it at will. Since this is a school environment I assume that will not be acceptable
