    Afternoon guys,

Anyone know of a way to keep items in a multiuser mail box marked as unread untill everyone has actually read it.

We have a multiuser mailbox aswell as our personal but when a mail is sent to the multiuser mailbox and the first person reads it, the mail is then set to unread and other people dont know a mail is there unless there actively checking it.

    Re: Multiuser Mailbox

Everyone should read mail in the shared mailbox using the "Inbox" folder as opposed to the "Unread Mail" folder.

Beyond that I don't know of a way short of having each user mark the mail as unread (CTRL+U) so that the next person can read it using the "Unread Mail" folder.
