Can any one help me ?

I have an old Exchange Server and I want to change to a new server hardware which has better performance than the old one.
When ole Exchange Server is online, I install Exchange on new Server and move all mailbox to the new one. It's successful and user can use old mailbox on new server. Then I remove old Exchange Server. But I forget to move all public folder to the new server and now I want to recover old public folder. I have a backup set of public folder, which are two file pub1.edb and pub1.stm.
Can any one tell me the way to restore public folder on the new sever. I try to mount two backup file above but it's not successfull.
    thanks in advance.

    Re: Restore public folder

You can install in a lab the server with the same name of Exchange org., same exchange name etc. Then attach the current public folder to the test server and export it to PST by using outlook.

    Use: http://www.ontrack.com/

      Re: Restore public folder

      Thank you very much,

That's may be the last ways to do: Restore PF on the same exchange server name and org. I already thinks about that solution but I don't want to spend my money on buying license of products on http://www.ontrack.com/.
I have heard about a tool name pfmerge that can export data from public folder database, can anyone share it to me ?

      Many thanks,

        Re: Restore public folder

I haven't heard of "pfmerge", is it an internal MS tool or a 3rd-party tool? Note that we do not allow any ilegal file or software transfer here, so if it's not freeware you don't want to get yourself into that spot.

            Re: Restore public folder

The tools that you inteand to use wouldnt help you in this time:

"The Microsoft Exchange Public Folder Migration (pfMigrate.wsf) tool is a command-line script that administrators can use to create replicas of system folders and public folders."
