    Hi

    I have exchange 2003 , one of my users notes that his calendar size is huge (40 MB), when he delete all the schedules and the appointments , and close the MS outlook xp and open it again , the size get bigger again.

    what do you think the problem?



    any help will be highly appreciated

    Is this only on his computer? what happens when you open the mailbox on another computer, do you still see the 40mb calendar?

    Try running scanpst for problems or corruption with the user's mailbox on the client PC

      Also note that some people drag mail items and attachments to other folders, so it's possible that the calendar has items that are not calendar items. Try to look at it by using a different view (such as category view).

          Hi again

          I tried to access this mail box from another computer using MS outlook 2003,when I'm deleting all the appointments , send and recieve , it's again come back to it's upnormal size!
