  • Address Lists

    I have created some distribution lists under the mail DL in the "all Address list" part of system manager, but cant seem to see them in my Outlook address book. do i need to do something else to make them visable.?

    Hello,
    You probably created Address list if you did in System Manager.
    Any way, it should appear in short time.
    Did you try to reopen Outlook?
    Do you have Outlook 2003 and us the cache mode? Try it disabling the cache from your email profile

      Are you Exchange 2003 sp2? If it doesn't show up after awhile and If you're pre-sp2 you may need to rebuild the default offline address list in ESM. I've had to do this several times to fix this same issue. I believe SP2 fixes this bug.

        am running sp1, i had to rebuild like you said, will probaly upgrade to sp2 soon.

          I would really recommend applying sp2. If you're using IMF you'll have to re-enable it after you apply the sp.
