    i have an echange 2003. i'm having a problom with invitation pepole to meetings. meaning when i invite someone to a share meeting all the participants are geting e-mail abut the meeting my problam is that i also gat an email. my question is how do i default prevent the email to be send to me.

    I am not sure which particular option has to be edit for your problem.
    But you change in the following menu for meeting's:

    On the Outlook Live Meeting menu, click Preferences
