    Is there an easy way in exchange of the admin checking each and every email going through the system before it is delivered to recipient?

      sounds like you want to read every mail message which goes to you're mailserver.


      why do you want that???
      According what i know about the dutch law (holland) its in contrary to the law.

      besides that, it costs you so much time to read every message....

        Hi, I have a accountant client who doesn't trust his staff to compose their emails correctly (spelling etc) and wants to check they have done it OK before it is sent

          and what about the privacy of his staff?
          He should train those people. AFAIK there is no possibility to achief you're goal.
