    You may install private certificate that you computer/s doesnt trust the root CA:

      Re: authentification OWA

      Answer to your second question:

      Your would like to have http://owa.enterprise.com/ instead http://owa.enterprise.com/exchange

      This redirection could be done from IIS.
      -Open IIS manager on your Exchange server. (if you have a front-end back- end infrastructure do it on your front end);
      -go to the properties of your default site ->Home;
      -Choose the last combo “A redirection to an URL”;
      -in Redirect to field type /exchange ;
      -for "The client will be sent to" set "A directory below URL entered";

      Regards,
      Csaba
