  • Some Users unable to use OWA

    Hi,

    I've created a new UPN Suffix and reciepientpolicy for another company within our's and althought these users can login our systems under their company name and access their mail through a fat client, they can't use OWA.

    I've given myself full right into their mail files and can access them through a fat client but am unable to use OWA. anyone got any ideas. Everyone who logs into the main domain name is OK?

    Hi Mike,

    I have experienced this before.

    OWA will not work if the user for the new domain does not have the email address of your main domain.

    hence, a user1 account you created for the new domain, must have
    e.g.
    [email protected]
    [email protected]
