  • How to Delete/Generate report for OLD Mail

    Hi,

We are using Ms-Exchange 2003 on Windows 2003 Server. Our Mail database size is Increased we need to delete some mails directly from users mailboxes.

I am trying to search an option Which will give me Particular time of Mail count (i.e. Mail which are older than 2 years) for Particular User.

You could see if Exmerge has a report rather than export option -- it will certainly export emails based on dates

Alternatively you could give an admin access to the mailbox and, in Outlook, do some sort of search for older emails to get numbers
