    How big is the database?
is it just OWA that is having a problem, or does Outlook MAPI access freeze too?
What about drive space on the server (and what is the server OS)?

Think about what you've stated: OWA doesn't work but Outlook does work.

It obviously isn't the mailbox database or the Information Store service if Outlook works.

Take a look at the "Pool Nonpaged Bytes" perfmon counter. If it's greater than 100-110MB then that's the problem.

Can you clarify, when OWA doesn't work, Outlook doesn't work? It take it that the issue is intermittent, so sometimes OWA and Outlook is working?

          Database size> 44 GB
C drive Size > 85 GB free Space is 12 GB
D drive Size > 168 GB Free Space is 22 GB

When problem Occurs neither OWA works nor Outlook ! Operating System is Windows 2003 SP2 STD 32Bit

What about the size of the public folder store -- you need to increase that too if it is at the 19Gb limit (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/912375)

What is in the event logs?

Size for the Public Folder also Increased; I thought some physical memory need to increase here; I did the same but no Changes yet
              ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Application Event logs a single Error Found
Event ID 5 : An unexpected MAPI error Occurred. Error Returned with (0x80004005)
              Under System Event Logs:
              Event ID 7000: The Client Agent service failed to start due to the following Error;
the System Cannot find the file Specified
Event ID 7026 : The following Boot-Start drivers Failed to Load
              CDrom

What option should be Enable in Diag Logging which will atleast Generate few more detail logs for Store service

What is the full text of the Event 7000 message -- which file is not found?

Did this problem suddenly start after you increased the store limits, or did it start beforehand?
What else have you done on the server? (patches?)
What AV is installed on the server, and are Exchange directories excluded from scans?

Event 7000 not shows any Specific File Name the Shared Info only Shows !
This Problem suddenly occurred, No AV is installed on Exchange Server this is wrong but AV on Exchange Creates many problem.
                  not installed any patches too

                  Observation:
                  Observations:
1> in to the ESM if we click to Mailbox folder ESM gets Busy not shows any thing
2> when try to restart or Stop the Exchange Information service it hangs on Stopping Status to perform forcefully need to kill Store.exe from Task Manager !

What changed on the server when the problem started (something must have)
                    Patches?
                    Crash?

Might be worth trying to reinstall SP2 (but have a good backup first, just in case)

Finally Not found the reason for this Behavior; We restored Old Image of Server and Only replaced EDB and STM file on Orignal Location rather restoring through NT-backup.

                          Now Working fine.
