  • Creating AD Container for Intelligent Message Filter

    A previous topic included:

    Because Intelligent Message Filter is included in Exchange Server 2003 SP2, it is no longer an add-on and, therefore, a container must be created within Active DirectoryŽ directory service as follows:

    Cn=UCE Content Filter,cn=Message Delivery,cn=Global Settings,cn=<ORG NAME>cn=Microsoft Exchange,cn=Services,cn=configuration,dc=<root domain>

    CAN ANY ONE REPLY W/ A STEP-BY-STEP ON HOW TO DO THIS?

    Re: Creating AD Container for Intelligent Message Filter

    You will need to use ADSIEDIT.MSC to acomplish this task.
    The easy way is to install a test machine and change the settings on it.
    After you understand the changes, you can make the settings on the production server.
