    Re: Multiple domain

Yes, you can use idea number 2. You need to add the new domain name to your Recipient Policy.

        Re: Multiple domain

If you want to receive from multiple addresses, but send from one only, just add an additional address policy

If you want to send from both addresses, users will need 2 mailboxes

          Re: Multiple domain

          Hi,

I already add ***@newdomain.com into the default recipient policy.
          Update now the RUS.

Does the email address tab should appear user email automatically??
          Or should manually key in??

            Re: Multiple domain

Should appear automatically, but you may need to wait (or manually run) the RUS

                Re: Multiple domain

Manage to rectify my RUS problem and now i can see that all user have the new domain already.

also, let say old email is "[email protected]", the new one should be "[email protected]"..this is confirm already

but can i change the email to [email protected] without changing the current one?? (user want new email using "dot" instead of "underscore".

                    Re: Multiple domain

they can only send from one address.
Just so we're clear on that.

If you want to change it for a single user, you need to go into that user's Exchange properties, make sure there is no tick in "automatically update email adddress" then choose the email address you'd like the default to be, and select it as default.

If you want to do it for aLL users, then edit the RUS and set the appropriate policy as default.
