  • Sys Manager & Public Folders Problem

Bear with me i new to Exchange

right - when im logged onto the Exchange server and im using sys manager, i try to expand the public folders from under the First Admin Group, it crashes and gives out the error message (attached)

i read something that it might be to do with SSL, as ive got OWA setup using SSL

when i disable SSL i can try to connect but then it asks me to type in a uname & pword but wont accept my domain login

    Thanks in Advance

Re: Sys Manager & Public Folders Problem

    1. Disable SSL.
    2. Restart IIS.
    3. Check if the problem occur again.

Usually this problem occur after changing permission of ExAdmin folder (under IIS Default Site- like enable SSL=you should not enable SSL on this folder) or/and changeing default site port.
