  • iphone sending excesive request to OWA OMA w3svc1

    We have 3 user that have iphones and starting about a week ago their phones are sending excesive request to the sbs server 2003

    The logs under the w3svc1 when from a 32 to 50 MB a day to 500mb to 1GB everyday

    I have tried having the users turn off and on their phones but no change, any suggestions

    Very common problem, no specific resolution has been found because Apple and Microsoft both point the finger at each other.
    Ensure there isn't an email stuck on the iPhone and that it has the latest iOS available.
