    Hi I have followed the following url

    I get no errors from LAN or WAN. The PDA says sync ok.

    When I look at my inbox no items, same with agenda and contacts.
    I have sub maps in my inbox, which I see on the PDA. So they are synced but no items.

    I have checked everything but cannot find the problem. I also used other accounts no effect.

    When syncing it says item 10 of 100 but passes quickly.

    I have a Axim 30i, Exchange 2003 SP1 BE and Exchange 2003 FE SP2.

    How can I solve this problem?

    First.. Try to use the same hotfix and service pack level in the Front and Back server.
    Using SP2 on Front and SP1 on Backup or SP1 on Front and SP2 isnt supported as I know..

      I have exactly the same problem...
      Running SBS2003 SP2
      Sophos Small Business Suite running on server
      Dell X50

      Trying to use Activesync on the X50 through WAN. All the checks run through very quickly, but nothing appears in Inbox, Contacts or Calendar.

      Could you explain a little more on the Front and Backup thing? We've only got 1 server.

      Have tried same pda on clients servers and it works a treat, just not working on our server.

      Any advice welcome
