Don't you use MS Forefront online services by any chance? Also is it Exchange 2007 you run? If so check what's in your Default SMTP VS > Delivery > Advanced > Configure...

            Guys,

Any idea how regarding this matter.
Does the server reject my IP?

            How should i resolved this?
Do I need to contact the recipient IT personnel and check whether the unblock my IP.

                  I need your opinion.
Why is it still reject my company email??

I already check with the recipient server, and they said they do not block our email.
I check online block website also ok

                    Re: Smtp error #5.7.1

Verify your SPF record (if one exists). Are you able to try relaying through another connector to test? For example, ISP smart relay and map the send connector to the Domain you have issue sending emails to.

I have had to do this in the past when a few problem Domains just wouldn't send from our external IP address.

                        Re: Smtp error #5.7.1

do you have a static IP address?
Does your hostname match your static IP address?

I would strongly recommend you look into a service like Mimecast, and use it for your email hygiene.

sure i have static public address.
and test ping from outside the hostname does resolve to the ip

                            Re: Smtp error #5.7.1

does your REVERSE DNS resolve the correct hostname and IP though?

I've just checked this, and it doesn't.

                            Mail.pstechno.com.my resolves to 219.95.149.46
However, 219.95.149.46 doesn't resolve to mail.pstechno.com.my, it resolves to blablabla.tm.net.my

The other mail servesr are seeing this as a dynamic address for some reason.
you should make sure your Reverse DNS entry matches. Speak to your ISP about this.

Since email is, presumably, a business critical service for you, can I recommend you get a consultant in -- this should resolve the issue quickly and you will learn a lot from them.
