  • OAB's and Connectors -- final migration phase

    Hi,
I have followed the guides from this site and the MS guide to removing the first 2000 server in the org.

I have questions on the connectors and the OAB folder replication.

I have updated all my connectors but what about the
    CCMAIL
    MSMAIL
    FreeBusy Plus
There is no way to rehome them and I believe they aren't needed for ex 2003, so do they just get deleted when I remove the old exchange server by doing an uninstall?

How about the oab folders under:
    Offline address book
I followed the guide and added in the new server to be a replica for oab2, and then when sync'd removed the old server.
But I notice under oab3 and oab4 that the old 2000 server is there so I have removed that as a replica from them as well, is that right?
    Should those oab's be there?

You need to replicate all "System Public" folders and may need to re-create the connectors (if you use them) on the Exchange 2003 and then delete them from the Exchange 2000.
