    Hello

We are chaning our ISP, Windows Server 2003 and exchange 2003. Where do change our MX Record? On the server
    NSlookup
    set q=MX
    Domain.com MX = Preference = 10, Mail exchanger = Mx1.smtp.net
    Domain.com MX = Preference = 20, Mail exchanger = Mx2.smtp.netDomain.com MX = Preference = 30, Mail exchanger = Mx3.smtp.netDomain.com Domain.com MX = Preference = 40, Mail exchanger = Mx1.smtp.net
    mx1.smtp internet address = 195.99.**.**
    mx2.smtp internet address = 195.99.**.**
    mx3.smtp internet address = 195.99.**.**
    mx4.smtp internet address = 195.99.**.**

On the exchange Server we are getting
We are getting this message delivery to the host 195.99.**.** Failed while delivering to the remote domain.
Just checking I done this correct. The firewall lets 195.90..*.*.0/23 through

    Re: Changing MX records

MX records have to be changed at the DNS server which is authorative for your domain, might be your current ISP.

You can check this with a whois request. Maybe a tool like this might help you as well:
