  • Problems after configuring Exchange Activesync

I recently followed the instruction to configuring exchange activesync . I had tghe problem with FBA and resolved it using "Problems with Forms-Based Authentication and SSL in ActiveSync". Now I have broken OWA. All of my users either get access denied, or if they do get in , they are unable to specify basic mode at login.

Disable forms based authentication, then reset the virtual directories thus: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=883380

DO NOT enable forms based authentication.

    Then following

    http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=817379.

Only then enable forms based authentication.
