    hi all,

    bit of a wierd one here and haven't been able to see naything on it

    when a user forwards on an email , it seems to duplicate the content held within it , body of text and signature etc...

    i cant seem to see anything to change , i have recreated his outlook account and still the same

    but on looking in further it seems to happen to a few user ( maybe didint notice at time ) they all seem to be exteranl emails , doesn't happen with internal emails that they forward...

    or at least the ones i've tried ... all on XP and using exchange 2003

    any pionters would be great .... we also have a barracuda doing sapm filtering

    any AV running locally on the machines, specific to emails and outgoing filtering via barracuda.
    Any Disclaimer tools ?

    Try disabling them one by one or all and enable one by one to narrow down the issue.

    Most likely it's due to third party stuff.

      we have CA anti-virus running , have tried switching it off , there is a signature maker piece of software , i will have a look at that and see

      will get back to you all ,
