  • Exchange 2003 : Send on behalf (View from the one being sent on behalf)

    Hi,

I have a user "S" sending out emails on behalf of "O".
"S" bcc'ed the email to "O", so that "O" will receive it also.

When "O" opens up the email, the sender is shown as "S" on behalf of "O". (Which is correct).

However, when "O" is back at the INBOX view (Where we see the list of emails in our Inbox), the sender is shown as "O". Not "S" on behalf of "O".

    Is this normal ?

The list in the inbox can't show the on behalf of bit. You will only see that when you open the message. Therefore what you are seeing is correct.

    Simon.
