  • unable to clean free / busy information on server

    I am unable to view a users calander when scheduling a meeting.

    I am getting the following error when running the 'Outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy' command on a users PC:

    unable to clean free / busy information on server

    Anyone know how to resolve this. It's only happening with one user

    P.s. I have checked the Free/Busy option within calander preferences and it's set to publish 2 month of calander entries very 15 mins just like mine

      hi ,first of alll check in that particular user pc whether that is free of virus. check outlook working properly . u can also open through OWA . remove un necessary scheduled from callender. then i think it u will solve ur problem.

        I am a technician and i was also facing the same problem in outlook

        I did the following steps and it worked.

        close outlook completely

        Click on start >controll pannel > Mail > email accounts > next > change>
        if cached excg mode is chkd uncheck, and if it is unchkd chk it.

        click on finish

        restart outlook

        it will work.
