Assuming you have Exchange 2003, one of the links here will help:

Bought direct from Verisign -- out of curiosity, how much did that cost you?

      259 for the year.

Ok i've installed the Cert, but my iPad still says 'unable to verify'...

Do i need to change anything else? IIS?

Ouch -- you should have gone to godaddy or equivalent -- last one I bought was 1/2 that for a 3 year, 5 name SAN certificate

I'm not up on iThingys but you can check the Exchange side at https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/

          Verisign pricing again.
GoDaddy would get you 10 years for the same price. Never mind.

Ensure that you follow whatever instructions Verisign provide for installation of their certificate in to IIS. Although for that price I would hope they would do it for you.
