  • Email Forwarding Problem

    Hi Guys,

    I have a server running SBS 2003 with Exchange 2003 as well. One of the users has a blackberry with a blackberry email account.

    I have setup a forwarder to forward the emails to his blackberry email account as well as keeping a copy in his mailbox for local in the office use. The checkbox in delivery options for this user "Deliver messages to both forwarding address and mailbox" is checked.

    This was all working fine and has been for over a year. A couple of days ago, it all of a sudden stopped working and the emails are ONLY being delivered to the Blackberry account and NOT the local mailbox.

    Any ideas?

    does messagr tracking center show it being delivered locally?
    has he recently updated blackberry desktop software or soemthing?

      How would a blackberry software upgrade affect this?

      Everytime I set the sender email as the test email i used to email this user, it yields no results if that makes sense.
