    CONFIGURATION -
    Windows 2003 + latest servcie pack & Exchange 2003 + latest service pack

    When sending to one particular domain get the following message, although this does not appear to affect any other domains. Can send and receive to AOL and any other domain apart from this one.

    Any help appreciated

    Some server require correct domain identification (Reverse Lookup). This means that when you identify yourself through the helo/ehlo command you put your smtp domain name.

    You're identifying as webmail and this is not a valid domain.
    You can change this in the configuration of the smtp connector
    In exchange: SMTP virtual server Properties / Deliver Tab / Advanced / Fully qualified domain name
