  • Set bulk exchange custom attribute

Ok so I am running Exchange 2003 on a Server 2003 network. I am looking for a way to set an email address in the exchange customer attribute line for ALL of my mail enabled users. There has got to be an easier way than manually doing it. Any suggestions? The format should be something like this.

    [email protected]

    Please and Thank You!

    1) If I wrote something wrong please please please let me know. I want to know ESPECIALLY if I am wrong.
    2) I have a tendency to write things that are misconstrued as being agressive or not so pleasant. That is not my intent.

And for future users, you should look into Exchange's 'Recipient Policies.' You define your default address settings for any format you support (smtp, .x400, etc.), so that when a new user's mailbox is created, the addresses are automatically generated as well.

Admodify from Microsoft codeplex will allow you to make the changes in bulk quickly.

Thanks for the help guys and Sembee was right although Ossian pushed me in the right direction to get there on my own. ADModify.net did in fact work like a champ, as advertised (and let me tell you I am VERY happy to know that little piece of love exists).

          Thanks again guys!
