  • Can't open past appointments in Public Folders

    Hello,

I am having a few problems with a public folder that has setup as a shared calendar. I exported a calendar into a .pst and imported it into a public folder created to host calendar appointments but since doing so any items that are in the past can't be opened. It gives a error, You have insufficient permissions to view this object.

    Has anyone seen this before?
I have got the user set as a folder owner so it looks like it could be a permissions thing from the old folder it was imported from, any ideas how to reset permissions on all appointments so that the new owner can modify?

    Many thanks,

    Marco

Open Exchange System Manager - > Administrative Groups -> First Administrative Group -> Public Folder
Right click on the PF in thr right side and check the admin permissions and clients permissions.
