  • Event 9313 after Mailbox Management

    Ever since we had to recover from our Exchange crash a couple months ago, we have been getting the following error in the Application log after the Mailbox Management Process has run:

    Event Type: Error
    Event Source: MSExchangeSA
    Event Category: Mailbox Management
    Event ID: 9313
    Date: 4/5/2010
    Time: 3:07:14 PM
    User: N/A
    Computer: POSTMAN
    Microsoft Exchange Server Mailbox Manager failed to send the following message:
    Subject: The Microsoft Exchange Server Mailbox Manager on SERVER completed processing successfully.
    Recipient: [email protected]
    Error: c1050000

    I've looked up the information on MS KB555411 which states about user mailbox limits and Anonymous SMTP Access. Neither of these two seem to apply to our situation. I've tried sending the report to several different accounts and always get the same 9313 error.

    Any thoughts?
