My environment has two servers one with Windows Server 2003 / Exchange 2003 SP2
Another server is a new Windows Server 2008 R2 installation.
These server replicating normally and everything seems to be Ok.
But there is no "Exchange Tasks on Server 2008" and when i create a new user in Server 2008 there is no a mailbox option.
    What can i do ?

I don't think the Exchange 2003 management tools are in any way compatible with Server 2008

The only way that you can manage Exchange 2003 from Windows 2008 R2 is to RDP to the Exchange server.
It was possible to get it to work on Windows 2008, but R2 is too many generations apart.
