Post an IPCONFIG from your Exchange box
This is unlikely to be Exchange, more of network configuration and DNS

Actually there is no problem about the dns, it solves. I check it also there is internet connection. By the way, when i swithced the connection to 2nd line , i m able to send mail but after sending 3 or 4 mail it fails.

Without an NDR or other error, everyone is just guessing as to the problem.

Primary reason is likely to be that the SMTP banner doesn't match the IP address and/or the PTR record (aka reverse DNS) isn't set on the connection.

            Hi Simon,

Actually there is ptr record. Also i can do telnet to 25 port it seems correct. I setup new exchange on vmware, i m able to send e mail over the both lines.

My previous remark still stands - without an NDR or other kind of error message, diagnostics is impossible. Everyone is just guessing.
