  • Remove multiple email addresses

I accidentally made a recipient policy with the email address
[email protected]. Now all the users have
[email protected], [email protected] etc added to their email addresses.
How do I make a policy that removes all of theese addresses? Have tried the
%rxy but that does not seem to work.

Running Exchange 2000 on Windows 2003

    Thanks
    Marten

    Are you sure?

As for your question - did you try to create a new Recipient Policy without the second email address and stamp the AD users with it?

If things don't go ok you will need to use a tool such as ADModify .net or use a custon ADSI+VB script to remove the duplicate adddresses.

Can you run Exchange 2000 on 2003????

I thought you had to upgrade to E2K3 prior to installing 2K3 server.

Are you running your Exchange 2000 install on a Windows 2000 member server???

As Daniel say's you will need to create a new recipient policy to remove the secondary address or create a script to do it for you.
