      I have changed the subject of your question to make it more appropriate.

      There are three steps available to you.

      1. Buy a book
      2. Browse Google.
      3. Hire a consultant.

      The task you have asked for is well documented all over the Internet and in many many books. No one here is going to repeat those instructions.

        Probably worth getting the MS Press Self Paced Training for exam 70-284
        This comes with an evaluation copy of Exchange 2003 (and IIRC with Server 2003) and instructions for setting it up

        You then have 180 days......
