    how can i prevent mail to arrived to internal mail in exchange 2007

    Can you explain a bit more what you are trying to do?
    Are you trying to block internal mail between users?

        sorry in exchange 2003...

        i have 2 recipient policy: test.com and actual.test
        so the user have 2 e-mail address in his e-mail address tab in user properties
        if i am going to prevent receiving mail to test.com mail..
        because the two mail submit in one mailbox.

          Reported for (yet another) forum move

          AFAIK the only way to stop a user receiving email to an accepted domain is to remove the address from their properties -- you can either do this through a recipient policy or by going into the user, deleting the address and unticking "automatically generate addresses"

            If you put that persons email address in the recipient filter in the Message Delivery Properties your org should stop accepting the email for that address.

            I still don't understand what you are trying to accomplish.
