OWA not working for 1 user

  • OWA not working for 1 user

    OWA is working fine when I log in as administrator but does not open for a new user: all that is displayed is the dividing line between the folders section and the messages section and within those 2 windows I get the message:

    HTTP Error 404 - File or directory not found.
    Internet Information Services (IIS)

    I have removeed the user from Mobile users group and re-added them but that hasnt worked.

    I am using SBS 2003 ie it has Exchange 2003.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated. I dont think I would need to rebuild the entire IIS as it is just one user affected.

    By any chance do you have URL Scan installed on the exchange server? you can check it from the Add remove programs.
