  • Hide from GAL but allow delegate access

For reasons that we don't need to go into, we have some users who have left the company but still need access to their mailbox to finalize some sales deals. My problem is that I would like to hide them from the global address list but still allow them access as well as delegate access to those accounts. Has anyone figured a way to do this? I've tried hiding them and then they can't access the account through OWA and the delegates can no longer access the account.

Hidden accounts shouldn't be a problem with OWA access. However Delegate access does require the account to be visible IIRC.
