  • Single user e-mail not working

    Hi guys, this is officialy my first post on this forum, and have strange feelin' it wont be last

    I am having weird problem with exch2003:
    only for one user e-mail is not working. As far as I know, nothing was changed on server or exchange, only thing I know is that ATM that user dont recieve or can send any mails more. She has enough space so problem has to be somewhere else

    Can anyone maybe give me some tips what should I check?

    Based on what you have written, no idea. I failed my mind reading exam at school.

    If email is not working you will need to provide a lot more information to identify the cause.
    Currently you have written a lot of text to say almost nothing.

        Try sending from a different computer; the Outlook profile might be corrupted on that computer. If so, remove the old profile and recreate it.

        Is she able to send and receive through OWA (if applicable)?

          If they are using Outlook (never actually specified), have they switched to "work offline"?

            Hi guys, problem is solved

            Provider deleted account of that user some time ago, which caused popbeamer to deactivate. Just activated it again, and its working

            Tnx for ideas and help
