  • Incorrect formatting of automatic e-mail

We have a client who has instructed a third party to create an automatic subbmission section on their website. It appears to be quite a basic script to my un script trained eye and when sent to a hotmail, Yahoo etc. account it appears as expected. It even shows correctly when veiwed in the mail preview screen of Mail Marshal (the content scanning software in front of the Exchange centre). The problem is that, whenever veiwed in OWA or Outlook it appears as below. It appears that Exchange is formatting it incorrectly but it shows OK if viewed on a MAC after going through the Exchange 2003 SP2 server.

you could ask them to send the script as just text ?

Outlook isn';t formatting the html properly..
Please do show your appreciation to those who assist you by leaving Rep Point

It also displays incorrectly in OWA and from the forums I have read it appears to be something to do with how Exchange processes MIME content but have been unable to find any more information than that
