    Hi All,

    I am new to this site but must say its a cracking forum, v useful.

    I have done a search but have had no luck with my issue so hopefully someone can help. I have set up a new user in our small company, his email works fine but for some reason he cant receive forwarded emails from another user (he can receieve 'new' emails from that user though).

    I would be grateful for some help. We run Small Business Server 2003 SP2

    What mail client are you using? Presumably Outlook 2003...

    How is the mail client configured? Presumably as an Exchange client, rather than IMAP etc

    Assuming you're using Outlook as the client, does the same issue occur using OWA? BlackBerries if you have them? Etc...
