  • Delivery Receipt

    Hi ,

We are using Exchage 2000 , now When i am sending any message from outlook and enable the delivery receipt for that mail , i will get the delivery receipt back , but it includes a complete mail inside it ...e.g If i sent a 2 MB mail to receipt and i will again get that 2 MB mail back in a delivery receipt attachment...so it will unnecessary increase my mailbox space and create network traffic...

so where can i find the settings in exchange for this ...

    please help ...

    Thanks ...

    Re: Delivery Receipt

Never heard of Exchange doing that, so it has to be something else.
Are you seeing that with internal or external recipients?

Delivery reports are just that - delivery, they shouldn't contain the message at all.

    Simon.

        Re: Delivery Receipt

Exchange isn't doing it. It isn't something that it can do.
It has to be something else - AV, Antispam, something like that.
