  • Exchange Email Rendering issues

    Recently I have encounter a problem with Exchange where users are unable to open/display email messages in outlook & exchange web. The error message says" Unable to open the page", similar to a webpage not found issue. I have to restart the server to get the problem to go away. I looked at logs and I don't see any problems. I have exchange 2003 SP2, windows 2003 sp2, and ninja from sunbelt. Any one have any idea on what the problem is?

    Does this apply to all or some outlook users?
    Any particular version of outlook?
    What about Outlook Web Access? (OK, sorry -- you already said it does)

      Sorry for the late reply back. I think the problem comes from the Ninja Exchange Security & VIPRE Anti-virus. I have uninstalled those two software and currently Exchange is stable. However, this is not a long term solution. I think I'll contact the sunbelt tech support and see if I can get some solutions.
