  • How do you view users email and their contents

Guys, How do I view users emails in Exchange Server2003 as they come in their inbox and when they reply. Really what I want, is be able to track some users emails that they send and receive that will include their contents also.

Best is to give the administrator full access to the users mailboxes…

To do it open "Exchange system manager" -> right click on your server name -> pick "Properties" and go to the security tab -> click on the "Advanced" button -> remove the check box from "Allow inheritable permissions from parent to propagate the this object" ->click on "Copy" -> remove all the "Deny" permissions and click OK

After you grant yourself full access to the exchanges mailboxes create separate profile for all the users you want to look at.

      Enjoy.

        More clarification?!

Could you clarify more on the final step; "After you grant yourself full access to the exchanges mailboxes create separate profile for all the users you want to look at."

I've completed the first steps successfully but I'm not sure I understand the rest of it..

        Thanks!
