  • Mobile Exchange Services

    I'm having a problem with my Exchange Mobile services. Outlook and OWA are working great, but my iPhone cannot access the exchange account. What protocol or services does the iPhone use? Is it possible that it got disabled?

    My iPhone says that it has verified the account, but the email, calendar, and contacts are not being populated. Please let me know if you have any solutions.

    Is it an iPHone 2.0, with the microsoft Exchange client installed, or is it the older version which (IIRC) used IMAP to connect?

      It is a iPhone 3G with 3.0 and Microsoft Exchange installed.
