  • Forwarding Mail As is to specific user?

    How can i Forward Mail As is to specific user?

    i.e.: i have mail box and all mail coming to me must forward a copy to another user to assist me, but i want to fw it as is.

    i used delevary option in exchange but the deliver status mail return back to sender from my mail and the user i forward mail to him

    i am using exchange 2003 and outlook 2007

    I don't think I understood your question.

    Basically, you can do one of 3 things:

    1. Use the user's Exchange General tab in ADUC and configure it to also fwd mail to a different user (or distribution group).

    2. Create a rule in Outlook, but if it's a client-side rule, it will only work when Outlook is running.

    3. Create an SMTP event sink which requires some knowledge.

      I think you want to say that

      if the mail is coming from {[email protected]} to {[email protected]}; and you have a email forwarding rule at {[email protected]} that forwarded all incoming email to {[email protected]}; rather then it is having FROM : {[email protected]} you want the email id of original sender eg. in this case {[email protected]}.

      Is i am right?
