    Hi All,

    Running Exchange 2003 on Win 2003 OS in mixed mode.

    I have set up 4 resources (i.e. meeting rooms) which users can book by sending a meeting request to the resource (ensuring that they invite the meeting room as a resource not a required or optional attendee).

    The booking procedure works ok but only the meeting organiser sees the resource listed in the scheduling tab of the meeting detail window (as viewed in the calendar in outlook when you double click the calendar event)

    Required or optional attendees only see other attendees listed under All Attendees.

    Should they (attendees) also be able to see the invited resource?
    Can anyone suggest why they currently cannot but the organiser can?
