  • Hidden reciepents in the Global Adderss List

    Hi Guys
I migrated mailboxes from exchange 5.5 to exchange 2003 server using exchange migration wizard. The migration worked fine, the only problem is that some of the reciepents does not appear in the Global Address list on the client machines in Microsoft Outlook. The clients are using outlook 2003 and outlook 2000.I can see the hidden reciepent mailboxes in the exchange 2003 information store.
The hidden reciepents are pointing to exchange 2003 Server and they can send and recieve mails.
Hide from Exchnage Address list on the Exchange Advanced tab is not ticked for the reciepents.
Users in the LAN cannot see these reciepents in thier Global Address list.
    Need some help
    Regards
    Fasahat.

Hidden reciepents in the Global Adderss List

      hi
It is not regarding the public folders.some of the mailboxes migrated to the exchange 2003 server ,the reciepent name is not visible in the Global Address list from Outlook 2003 and outlook 2000.
These reciepents are pointing to exchange 2003 server and they can send and recieve mails.only thing is that users cannot see these reciepents in the global address list.
