  • preventing NDRs ?

So i've configured exchange 2003 to send non-delivery-receipts to a specific address, for a junior engineer to check through for expected emails.. however, it will still send a response back to the original sender in the header... is there a way i can have it send an ndr to my postmaster mailbox, but NOT the initial sender ?

Well that's the way it works. the original sender gets an NDR and then you've configured it to send a copy of the NDR to your junior admin. It's doing exactly as it's configured to do. If you don't want an NDR sent to the external recipient then disable that option on the Advanced tab of the properties of the default domain in the Internet Message Formats of the Global Settings.
